Bounce House & Party Setup Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your event date.
Full payment must be made before or at the time of setup.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary based on rental time, equipment, and location.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made within the agreed time frame.
Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled for safety.
Deposits may be transferable to a new date (if available).
3. Setup Requirements
A flat, clean, and clear area must be provided.
Access to electricity within a reasonable distance is required (unless a generator is rented).
If using a generator, additional fees may apply.
Adequate space must be available for safe setup and anchoring.
We must have clear access to the setup area.
4. Safety Rules
Adult supervision is required at all times.
No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, gum, or pets inside the bounce house.
No flips, rough play, climbing on walls, or overcrowding.
Follow posted weight and occupancy limits.
Equipment must not be moved once set up.
5. Weather Policy
Bounce houses cannot be used in high winds, heavy rain, or lightning.
If unsafe weather occurs, equipment must be turned off immediately.
We reserve the right to cancel or stop use for safety reasons.
6. Equipment Care & Responsibility
Customer is responsible for equipment during rental period.
Any damage due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow rules will result in repair/replacement fees.
Equipment must remain in the original setup location.
Theft or vandalism is the responsibility of the renter.
7. Cleaning & Condition
Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Excessive cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned extremely dirty.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.
Customer assumes full responsibility for all participants using the equipment.
A waiver of liability must be signed before use.
9. Rental Time
Rental includes agreed-upon time frame.
Additional time may be available for an extra fee.
Late pickup or extended use without approval may result in additional charges.
10. Party Setup Services
Decorations and setup items must not be damaged or removed.
Any rented tables, chairs, backdrops, or décor must be returned in proper condition.
Damage or missing items will result in replacement fees.
Important Reminder
All customers must review and sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before receiving any bounce house or party equipment. No equipment will be set up without a signed agreement.
